FAQ about Phillip Island Tours

Will I definitely see a penguin during my tour?

Yes! The penguin parade offers a 100% guarantee that you will see at least one Little Penguin during your experience. The number of penguins can, however, vary depending on the day!

What should I bring for my tour?

We suggest bringing a day pack with your essential belongings, with your wallet, camera, and water bottle. We also recommend wearing good walking shoes for your Phillip Island adventure! It can be quite cold in the evening at the Penguin Parade, so be sure to bring a jacket, even in summer.

Are there any half-day Phillip Island Tours?

Yes, if you’d prefer having a sleep in, we have our The Evening Penguin Parade Tour which departs at around 3:00 pm and returns at 11:30 pm.

What is the policy for cancellations or policy?

Please check our terms and conditions page for our cancellation policy.

Can I upgrade for my Little Penguin experience?

Yes, we offer an upgrade to the superior Penguins Plus viewing platform for a more personalised viewing experience. The penguin plus is limited to 300 people and gives visitors a closer look at the penguins on parade. Not all our tours offer this, however, so please check each tour’s information page to check.

Where do you pick up from?

We pick up from a range of Melbourne City hotels! Please check each Phillip Island Tour’s information page’s ‘Pick up Locations’ tab to see more details.

How many people are on the tour?

Our Phillip Island Tours range from 11 to 48-seater bus depending on the day and the tour you choose!
